All concepts, designs, artwork, renders, drawings, cutter guides and intellectual property produced by COLAB Crea+ive Studio remain the sole property of Colab Holdings (Pty) Ltd until release.
Until release, no design, file or concept may be reproduced, manufactured, shared or supplied to any third party (including other suppliers or printers). Doing so is a breach of these terms and of our intellectual-property rights.
On release, the usage rights agreed in your quotation transfer to you once the agreed usage-rights transfer has been approved. All renders and visuals are artist impressions and the final manufactured product may differ. Once artwork is approved and signed off by the client, COLAB is not liable for client-approved errors.
Quotations are valid for the period stated. Production is released only on written approval of artwork and specification. Approved sign-off confirms the spec is correct and releases the job to production.
